The EMMERSHAUSEN FOSSILS have been described already in an earlier scientific publication from CID Institute in December of 2011 in the CID Publishing series NATURE OF THE WEIL VALLEY. The here newly presented objects include mostly parts of the CID MUSEUM NATURAL CABINET COLLECTION that have not been shown yet. This presentation is still incomplete and in ongoing completion.
Fossil Brachiopoda - Spirifera
Fossil Brachiopoda Layer
Fossil Layer with Crinoid
Fossil layer fragment found in Weil River. Different to the most Emmershausen fossils found at TANKSTELLE QUARRY that show most detally conserved fine body structures, this specimen example has only rudimentary visible detail conservations because of the surface-polishing interference of the running river water
Spirifera Fossil, probably from Emmershausen
